We just got the keys to our 1-Bedroom Cover ADU, and we’re so pleased with how everything turned out!

If you check out any Cover-related content online, or visit one in person …it’s easy to tell they’ve got top quality materials, fixtures, and design.

Since this ADU is for my parents, I obviously wanted the best quality! But what we didn’t know we wanted was SPEED:

-Permits cleared in less than a month.
-Breaking ground to final inspection in 45 days.
-End-to-end …initial Cover agreement to Certificate of Occupancy in 3.5 months.

It’s all thanks to the shared expertise of the entire Cover team, but I’ll call out some standouts anyways:
-Alexis & Jemuel’s tech that has these builds down to a literal science
-Rico & Alden’s creativity and resourcefulness in squeezing the most upgrades possible into our guaranteed, upfront pricing
-Leor’s uncanny ability to keep the project on track and the inspectors happy!

It’s a huge relief to have the project done on budget and ahead of schedule. What my family needed was a team we could trust to deliver. We found one at Cover.

The entire team at Cover is first in class. They are hardworking, passionate and dedicated to their craft. I’ve toured their factory recently and was amazed to witness their innovation and see how their technology is applied in the real world. I cannot wait to see what else this team at Cover comes up with next. True class and only quality comes from them. They are geniuses. Much respect for them!

The whole team is extremely knowledgeable. Trusted them 100% the moment I walked through their door. What they are doing here is truly incredible and I can’t wait to build my backyard home.

Our first dive into ADU’s was very interesting, we spoke with 4 companies and each one delivered vastly different designs and price points. “Cover” was the best overall, the consultation process was dare I say…”delightful”. Rico and Anna would take our wish lists and turn them into something that you usually see with a high level design firm. No other company offered this type of personal service- not because they didn’t want to, they just did not have the capabilities. We were told that we could visit their sites and make our plans accordingly. That was not going to work for us with Covid shuttering the city down. The renderings were beautiful, modern and thought thru. We had limited space so thinking out of the box was crucial. The pandemic took a toll on our family and we had to stop the process, but I would recommend this company without hesitation if someone was shopping for a FULL SERVICE ADU company.
